- Your subdomain is public — keep it clean.

- Serious violations lead to immediate suspension, without refund.
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everything you do through theid.dev: your subdomain and public profile, your mailbox, your drive storage, short links, and DNS configuration. It complements Article 6 of the Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited content
You may not publish, host, store, or distribute:
- Content protected by copyright without authorization
- Child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance — reported to authorities)
- Content inciting hatred, discrimination, or violence
- Content glorifying terrorism or war crimes
- Content that is deliberately deceptive, defamatory, or fraudulent
3. Prohibited activities
You may not use theid.dev to:
- Conduct phishing, identity theft, or impersonation of legitimate sites
- Distribute malware, viruses, or ransomware
- Run scams, fraud, or sell counterfeit goods
- Collect personal data without consent
- Operate unauthorized gambling, financial pyramids, or Ponzi schemes
- Sell illicit substances, weapons, or prohibited goods
4. Email and technical abuse
- No unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) from theid.dev mailboxes
- No use of the service for DDoS attacks or any form of intrusion
- No circumventing the technical limits of your plan
- No actions that degrade the service for other Users
5. Subdomain naming
Subdomain names must follow the rules in Article 5 of the Terms: no trademark infringement, no insulting or misleading terms, no impersonation of official or governmental services, and standard DNS format only (letters, digits, hyphens).
6. Reporting abuse
Anyone can report abusive use of a theid.dev subdomain or mailbox to: abuse@theid.dev
Please include the subdomain or address concerned and a short description. Reports are reviewed within a maximum of 24 business hours.
7. Enforcement
Violations are handled under Article 7 of the Terms. Depending on severity, theid.dev may issue a warning, temporarily suspend or hide the subdomain, permanently terminate the account without refund, release the subdomain, and report criminal offenses to the competent authorities. In case of immediate danger (phishing, malware, serious illegal content), suspension is immediate and without prior notice.
